Where is pickup?

We deliver to three central locations in the southern Utah area: St. George, Cedar City, and Mesquite, NV as listed above.

While placing your order, you will need to select a pickup location before you check out.

If none of the listed locations are suitable for you, or you need direct-to-door delivery, please select “Other” at checkout and email grassfedstg@gmail.com.

What do I need to bring?

Three items are required to pickup your steak order:

  • Photo ID (or picture)

  • Form of payment (cash, card, or Venmo)

  • Cooler bag (we do not provide coolers or cooler bags)

Why do I need a form of payment?

When you order online, you are only charged for the steak you’d like us to purchase on your behalf at Sam’s Club plus a single $2.50 delivery charge deposit.

Because delivery costs are calculated based on weight at $2.50/lb, we can not calculate a final delivery charge until the time of pickup.

Also, there are always slight variations in each package ranging from 0.01 - 0.05 lbs, so any discrepancies between what you paid online and the final total of your order listed on the Sam’s Club receipt is also credited to you at the time of pickup as a discount off the delivery charge.

We accept cash, card, or Venmo at pickup.

What if I can’t make the pickup window?

We will be very communicative on the day of pickup with updates on our arrival time to your pickup location coming often and well in advance.

It is your responsibility to be available to pick up steaks within the allotted pickup window.

If there is an emergency on your pickup day, please call (435) 414-1917 and we will do our best to accommodate.
